Three months were a rollercoaster ride for me. There were times when I felt excited, happy, sad, blessed, angry, and stressed. Multiple emotions were floating inside me in the past three months that made me feel energetic.

One early morning, I was sitting at the desk with a cup of tea in my hand, deep in thoughts. My mind drifted back to the beginning from where all this started. I thought about all these past weeks when I had to wake up early in the morning to take online sessions on weekends. I completed online courses and PWs with that; I built a routine and healthy habits that helped me in my daily life.

Moving towards the last session on Amal Fellowship; These were my favorite sessions Because we didn’t have anything to discuss regarding courses. That day we talked about our adversities. At first, everyone was hesitant to share their personal stories; Hence, Ma’am Iqra assured everyone that this is a safe space for you all. With her encouragement, some fellows shared their stories which formed a stronger bond between fellows. That session taught me that; everyone is facing some difficulties at some part of their life, and we should always be good to each other so we will not be the ones who became the reason for someone’s tears.

The second session was about fun activities. When we shared our childhood pictures, I was sure that we had to guess the kid’s name. I was very excited about that activity; sadly, we didn’t play that because most of the fellows share their images in the Whatsapp group but, that was also fun.

Instead of this, we played another game where we solved the riddles and took a selfie with the object. I had so much fun in those two sessions but, it didn’t end there. Sir Zaki wrote and shared a heartwarming letter for us that made me feel so special and thankful. I felt motivated and encouraged at that time.

Then our facilitators shared some questions and told us to find the answer to them. Those questions were quite personal because they were related to our feelings and life; so, they assured us that we didn’t have to answer them. That activity was for us to think about those things as well.

With that, my three-month journey came to an end, but it introduced me to my next adventure, which is lifelong learning and a successful career. I am thankful to all the people that were with me throughout this process. Special thanks to our Sir Zaki, Ma’am Iqra, and supporting fellows.
