“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”

If you want to achieve your personal and professional goals, you have to do AMAL. To do Amal, you need to apply AMAL TOTKAY in your process of learning.

So, here comes the question why do we need AMAL TOTKAY?

Because…

You need to develop a growth mindset if you want to learn anything. Otherwise, you’ll be bored, and maybe, you’ll get overwhelmed by all the learning.

So let’s talk about AMAL TOTAKY.

  • Self-talk.
  • Get out of your comfort zone.
  • Create new habits.
  • Ask people for help.
  • Fake it till you make it.

Self-talk.

It means having a conversation with yourself, similar to Intera-personal communication. You help yourself to gain confidence and assure yourself that you are capable of doing this.

Get out of your comfort zone.

If you want to learn anything or need a change in your life, You have to come out of your comfort zone. Coming out of your comfort zone can be defined as meeting new people.

Create new habits.

Habits are the best way of learning new things. If you want yourself to change, you should adopt healthy habits.

Ask people for help.

If you are facing any problem, you should always ask for help. You can try to solve it on your own. But if it is getting out of your hand and you can’t handle it. The most thoughtful thing should be to ask for help.

Fake it till you make it.

In easy words, you have to say to yourself that you did it; Until you have done it.

There are many things that I learned from these points.

  • Self-talk helps me build confidence.
  • New habits bring change in my personality. I have become more punctual.
  • The best thing I learned is that you can be a different person if you come out of your comfort zone. You’ll gain communication skills.

My favorite tip from all above is to create a habit. I implement that in my life right away by starting a habit of reading a non-fictional book.
