“Creativity doesn’t wait for that perfect moment. It fashions its perfect moments out of ordinary ones.”

Every field requires creativity. Studying in a rote-based learning system, teenagers have lost that spark of creativity. They started having problems in coming up with new ideas for their studies. Even when you are having a hard time and don’t sure what you want to do, creativity helps in that as well.

When you do this creatively, they are often so beautiful and satisfying. It does not matter whether you are a science student or arts, engineering student or accounting; creativity benefits everyone.

Kids are very creative, and they have numerous ideas for every situation. However, as they grow up, they started to have less confidence in their innovative ideas and lose creativity.

It is because of our social setup and society’s expectations. I have met many people who struggle with creativity and have a hard time coming up with solutions and ideas for their projects. They always share that they are not art students; that’s why they don’t have creative ideas. I want these people to know that creativity is not something that only artists have. I believe everyone is born with it.

To develop the creativity in teenagers, who have lost that spark due to studying in a rote-based learning system by conducting sessions with them, it can be online sessions or zoom meetings. I will also have one on one session with them.

I’ll build a platform for their learning. That will help to analyze teens’ interests by conducting activities according to their field.

I will be arranging various activities to build on that interest. I will design many courses for them to regain their creativity. That will help them in critical thinking. Even If they are struggling with regaining their creativity, we’ll celebrate the small success. Eventually, we’ll succeed with continuous effort and time investment.

“Creativity involves breaking out of expected patterns to look at things differently.”
